Staying at W and H residency was undoubtedly a wonderful experience. There were many attractions like Jewtown. Mattancherry palace and synagogue. The rooms were immaculate,spacious and spotless. The beds had an inbuilt massage function. There was a massage chair at the reception and it was very relaxing.The reception team was very friendly and helpful with what ever I wanted.The rates were acceptable and was truly a value for money deal.The hotel was near to fortkochi,so I could reach fortkochi via an auto in 5 minutes,and the rates were low when you compare it to the hotel rates in fortkochi . Overall it was a wonderful experience for me and would definitely recommend to traveller's who wants to experience a calm and peaceful stay. ~ Saji R

Wir waren schlichtweg begeistert von unserem Zimmer! Das Bett war mega bequem, die Klimaanlage leise und effizient. Das WC war separat, es gab einen Wasserkocher, Tee und Kaffee, sowie Wasser. Das Rezeptionsteam war sehr bemüht und kam allen Wünschen nach. Auch ein late check out (12 Uhr) ohne zusätzliche Kosten war möglich. Wir haben auch die Lage geliebt, das Hotel befindet sich im jüdischen Viertel, direkt an einer wenig befahrenen Straße parallel zum Wasser. ~ Astrid S

Stayed one night at the W&H View Residency and had a great experience. Staff were very friendly and attentive. We mentioned we had been traveling most of the day and had not had an opportunity to have dinner; they provided a complimentary snack that was much appreciated. The room was comfortable and had all we needed. It’s also in a great location. We also requested assistance with booking a taxi and they recommended a very reliable and safe driver. Very good place to stay. Comfy and clean rooms with all amenities. Restaurant was not functional when we stayed. It is very close to the key attractions like jew town, synagogue, mattancherry palace and water metro station. All these are at a walkable distance. Limited parking space available. It would be awesome if the restaurant is functional and have a better dining area on top floor. ~ Harish R

Great place, good value for money, unique room, we paid for standard room but gave us deluxe room which has a message bed that do message for back and legs, they offer free coffee and tea inside the room, lights are so nice, new decoration and nice music in elevator with good smell. We strongly recommend it especially that it is close to city centre and all activities ~ DFIT B

We stayed in this hotel for one day in premium kind room. The room was clean and hygiene and it was very fabulous stay we have. We have a supporting team at reception to help you at anytime. We came as a couple and the stay was really good...especially with more spacious rooms and main important thing was the fact that the toilet and wash area was individually placed so there wasn't any hygiene problems..overall it was a good experience! ~ Juliet J
